How to connect to EDUROAM via Ubuntu
If you are a TEDU member (Staff / Student)
In the Start menu, open Network Connection and select “eduroam”. Select the following settings. Authentication: Tunneled TLS Inner Authentication: MSCHAPV2 As Identity and Anonymous Identity use the username given by TEDU and put “@tedu.edu.tr” at the end of it. As Password write your password belongs to that username given by TEDU. Click “Connect”.
If you are from a EDUROAM member institution:
Select the following settings. Authentication: Tunneled TLS Inner Authentication: PAP As Anonymous Identity and Username use your username and password given by your institution. A typical username example is “firstname.lastname@example.org”. Click “Connect”
In the Certificate Notice window check “Don’t warn me again” and press Ignore button.
Now you can connect to EDUROAM network.
